This e-mail is also sent to the Registrant of a domain name transferred into Radix FZC from another Registrar:
If a domain name was registered with Radix FZC on 1-Jan-2003 for 3 years, Radix FZC will send the Registrant of this domain name a Whois Data Accuracy Reminder e-mail on the 1-July-2003, 1-July-2004 and 1-July-2005.
If a domain name was registered with another Registrar on 1-Jan-2005 for 2 years and was then transferred to Radix FZC on 15-Apr-2005, Radix FZC will send the Registrant of this domain name a Whois Data Accuracy Reminder e-mail on the 1-July-2005, 1-July-2006 and 1-July-2007.
Domain Name Contact [Whois] Data needs to be kept up-to-date, to enable third parties with specific inquiries or concerns, to use the Contact records, to accurately determine who should act upon specific issues, related to a domain name record.
